General Shipping

Currently this website (nutsite.com) only ships to the United States.
 
Shipping Delivery Dates

All shipping delivery dates and estimated ship dates are only estimates. This website (nutsite.com) does not guarantee shipment dates given to you by the website (nutsite.com). These are purely for estimate based on information from UPS and the date and time you place your order. If you select UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. UPS does guarantee that your shipment will arive next day, 2 days, or 3 days depending on the shipping service you choose. This is all dependent on the actual day that we ship our order. All orders usually ship by 3pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified. You can check the status of your shipment by logging in to your account, clicking on the "Orders / Status" link under the "My Account" navigation and click on the "track shipment" for the order in question.
 
E-Mail Confirmations

When you place an order on this website (nutsite.com) you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address that you use in your billing information. No emails will ever automatically be sent to the email address used in the shipping information. This is purely for our (nutsite.com) records incase there is trouble with the shipment. Additionally, this confirmation email will be followed by ship confirmation email. This email gives you the date your order has shipped and you're tracking numbers. If for some reason you are not receiving our confirmation emails, make sure the emails are not being marked as spam. If they are you can add "orders@nutsite.com" into your whitelist. The whitelist is a list that you create within your spam settings to let the spam filters know that the email addresses you put in it are not spam.
 
Registration / Password Reset E-Mail Confirmations
