Dried Black Mission Figs               Our Dried Black Mission Figs are “Choice”.  While most people think of Figs as in the popular cookie Fig Newtons®, they can be eaten or used in a variety of ways.  Delicious alone or when Black Mission Figs are blended with other flavorful ingredients, such as salt, cocoa and spices, figs can produce a “meaty” flavor that has a smoky, almost steak-like aroma and taste. One cup of dried black mission figs provide a high amount of fiber, a good source of manganese, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, vitamins K and C and calcium.
