Peruano Beans      Peruano Beans are mild beans that originated in the Andes Mountains of Peru.  They are light, cream, buff or yellow colored, with a mild taste and creamy texture.  They can even be used in any recipes that call for pinto or navy beans.  They are also referred to as Mayocoba beans.  A good source of minerals, vitamins, dietary fiber and protein.   Available in 3 lb.
